Terms of Service

These terms are between us (Galleri Golsa AS, Norwegian organisation number 920255353, Henrik Ibsens gate 60, 0255 Oslo, Norway, which operates The Gallery OS) and the gallery using the service, together with its authorised staff. By using the service you agree to them.

The Gallery OS is software for running an art gallery. It is under active development and may change. We may add, alter, or remove features.

The gallery owns its data. You grant us only the licence we need to host and process that data in order to run the service for you.

Where we process personal data on the gallery's behalf, we do so only on the gallery's documented instructions. We keep it confidential, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, giving notice of changes. We assist with data-subject requests and with breach notification, and on termination we return or delete the data.

A separate, fuller data processing agreement is available on request.

Do not use the service to store or process unlawful data. Respect the privacy of third parties, including collectors, and your own legal obligations. Do not scrape, abuse, probe, or reverse engineer the service.

AI features are assistive and can be imperfect. A person confirms before any message is sent or any financial action is taken. AI output is not professional legal, financial, or other advice.

The platform and its software are ours. Your content remains yours.

The service is provided "as is" and is in beta. We do not currently guarantee any particular level of uptime.

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited.

Either party may terminate. On termination you can export your data, and we will then delete or return it.
